What to Expect
Once we receive a referral or physician order to begin home health services, we will reach out to you, or your indicated contact person, to arrange your Start of Care visit. This initial visit must be completed on the date ordered by your physician or within-in 48 hours of the referral. We encourage you to invite your family/caregivers to be a part of this visit so that they too can be incorporated into your Plan of Care.
