Our History
Samaritan Home Health was born out of nearly two decades of insights gleaned from being a leader of senior living and personalized care services by our parent company, Samaritan Village. Founded on a vision to empower seniors to maintain a superior quality of life, Samaritan Village broadened its mission to expand our care services to all adults who seek a better approach to quality, person-centered care within the comfort of their home.
Our first step in bringing our services to the greater community was through the founding of our Home Care business, which specializes in non-medical care services similar to those offered within our Assisted Living facility. We then broadened our scope of offerings to include Home Health services, which provide medical support services with access to care that specializes in medical recoveries and management of chronic conditions.
To accomplish our goal of providing Home Health services, we assembled a team of clinical professionals passionate about delivering one-on-one care while working in an interdisciplinary clinical team. Our clinical team is made up of professionals with expertise in Skilled Nursing, Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Medical Social Work, and personal care.
Located in Hughson, California, conveniently central to Modesto and Turlock, Samaritan Home Health serves Stanislaus County and surrounding areas.
